Cafe Madison is the midpoint between Trenton and Philadelphia.
Featuring the first Waterfall Martini and Piano Bar, Cafe Madison presents dramatic vaulted ceilings with "Broadway Set" highlighting.
Stunning suede drapes and sheers offer sleek exuberance from oakwood flooring and stacked stone walls to exquisite decor introducing unique bench seating inset with posh bolstering.
Our signature, state-of-the-art Culinary Cave unveils a uniquely equipped open kitchen under the direction of Culinary Director Jack Connor. Formerly executive chef of Resorts Casino in Atlantic City, Chef Connor and his team of chefs perform nightly preparing the dinner cafe menu, the waterfall martini bar menu, and a price-fixe tasting menu with wine pairings. You may interact with Chef Connor at the Chef's Table whilst observing the artistry of the daily assembling of all natural organic fare including hand-cut steaks and seafood. The seasonally changing menus are complimented by a reasonably priced world-class wine list.

Jazz trios perform till midnight on 8-midnight on Friday and Saturday.
Sundays and Mondays are reserved exclusively for Personalized Private Parties, as well as Tuesday thru Saturday till 5PM. This unique event space offers 64 different waterfall colors and hundreds of production and culinary design alternatives.
